How we work

Assess, build, hand over measurably.

We start with an assessment of your house, then build systems in the tone of the house, and hand over only when the numbers add up. Three steps, in that order.

Step 01

We assess your house.

Before we build anything we look at how your house runs. Where time leaks away, which tasks return every day and what they cost. You receive an overview per process, with numbers instead of impressions.

We work out the indicative figures you see on this site for your own house. That way you know what automation yields here before a single euro goes into the build.

Step 02

We build in the tone of your house.

Every system writes and plans the way your team does. We take on the tone of your house, from the greeting in a guest email to the way a daily report is drawn up.

Your people approve the work before it goes out. A human in the loop, until the trust is there and you decide for yourself to let a category run without approval.

Step 03

We hand over measurably.

A dashboard is part of the handover. You see day by day what each system handles and what it yields, in the same numbers we began with at the assessment.

If something does not work as intended, you see that just as clearly. We change what does not work, rather than dress it up in fine words.

What you receive

What you have in hand at the end.

Not a standalone tool, but a working whole, with the parts your house needs in order to build on it.

  • An overview with numbers per process. Where time leaks away and what that costs, broken out per process and worked out for your house.

  • Systems made to measure for your house. No standard package. Every system writes and works the way your team is used to.

  • A dashboard. You see day by day what each system handles and what it yields.

  • Documentation per system. Purpose, data flows and control points on paper, ready to hand over at an audit or a guest question.

  • A permanent point of contact. One person who knows your house, from the assessment to the handover and beyond.

What you may expect

The first system is usually live within weeks rather than months.

That is an indication, not a promise. The pace depends on your processes and on how quickly your team wants to sign work off. We would rather promise too little than too much.

What we do put in writing: from the first day you see what a system does, and you decide yourself when it may do more.

Start with the assessment. The rest follows from it.
